One must not (ever) equate lack of power with lack of will and intelligence - but that is what these Taiwanese involved criminals have been doing, and that is what Chun-Mei fell for. That is what Zheng-Rong Wang fell for (as well as JSGoreva, PDAsimow&co., ADSmith&co.)

Chun-Mei fell for that ethnic Taiwanese mindset and belief because of lack of worldview that is under God's control.
