Main Point is, who do they think they are? To attempt to f_ck with me like that. Wha-Harf^5
This question is not really even posed by me little Chu-Mei - this question is what Taiwan's R.O.C. Government Administrative Law is all about demanding from Taiwan's government personnel/officers/ political leaders. This is the very first and core basic question that Taiwan's R.O.C. Government Administrative Courts are always first and foremost interested in investigating about and against.

Taiwan's
R.O.C. (Republic of China) Government Administrative Law is the same as
Germany's Government Administrative Law - it was put in place to
prevent dictators from rising to do whatever they want, to curb their
powers at the lowest levels. Any citizen can file these sorts of
lawsuits against government personnel/officers who are trying to violate
common-sense civil and criminal law - you are unable to sue government
powers using ordinary civil or criminal courts because they have bought
over judges and prosecutors in those courts, the only fair trial you
will get is if you file lawsuit against them in Government
Administrative Court. They're all "High Courts". Regional. There's only
three in Taiwan (North in Taipei, Mid-Taiwan in Tai-Chung I think, and
South in Kao-Tsiung). After that it's the "Supreme Government
Administrative Court" in Taipei.
