Government Administrative Law is all about demanding from Taiwan's government personnel/officers/ political leaders. This is the very first and core basic question that Taiwan's R.O.C. Government Administrative Courts are always first and foremost interested in investigating about and against.

Government Administrative Courts are always first and foremost interested in investigating about and against.
Taiwan's
 R.O.C. (Republic of China) Government Administrative Law is the same as
 Germany's Government Administrative Law - it was put in place to 
prevent dictators from rising to do whatever they want, to curb their 
powers at the lowest levels. Any citizen can file these sorts of 
lawsuits against government personnel/officers who are trying to violate
 common-sense civil and criminal law - you are unable to sue government 
powers using ordinary civil or criminal courts because they have bought 
over judges and prosecutors in those courts, the only fair trial you 
will get is if you file lawsuit against them in Government 
Administrative Court. They're all "High Courts". Regional. There's only 
three in Taiwan (North in Taipei, Mid-Taiwan in Tai-Chung I think, and 
South in Kao-Tsiung). After that it's the "Supreme Government 
Administrative Court" in Taipei.
