新竹地檢署最近又於聖誕節左右寄出更挑釁性質的刑事判決公文(明顯意有所指之前的北檢一貫道教替黑道大哥施咒近死亡/殘廢車禍事件)

很明顯(不過我剛剛才回家拿到,而且此期間我們家的聰明乖巧品種小狗莫名其妙被車給撞死)

很明顯 現在手上拿到的這份公文是完全否認之前最先給我寄來的公文 原因很明顯:因為涉案的台灣精神醫師(近二十名,多台大畢)教唆可用這種招數,因為之前這些涉案醫師就是一直使用這種招數:"反正程竹梅是重度精神病, 因此所提供的所有敘述證詞以及證據力都需'法定監護代理人',也就是涉案醫師我們,否則無效, 均於法律上無效論, 因此我們涉案醫師或任何台灣人及使隊程竹梅為所欲為 ,也視為無罪(釋放), 均為'專業醫療行為',包括強暴Violence性侵害輪暴等等行為"

再者 竹檢可能在第一次寄當初的公文給我的時候就已經有設定 因為我同步的回文給竹檢的第一次挑釁公文 並沒有到達台北高等行政法院的手中 這就是很明顯可疑 掛號號碼和地址資料都還在 如果沒收到那就是中途被某攔截不准寄給政府其他訴訟機關或甚麼的

直接可馬上修理竹檢的是 這次公文明顯表示(企圖)滅證罪(以及竹檢明顯涉案與警政人員和涉案台灣醫師一同長期組織犯罪) 以及依涉案台灣醫師慣性手法與認知行為去惡意扭曲本人原來寫的訴訟公文內文
