無大礙 :-d 只是手掌沒穿戴工作手套會起水泡,不小心的話甚至會破皮 妳不知道我今天總共走了多遠的距離 ...練到最後又累又餓又怕趕不及坐車回租處 ... 感覺還有點蠻爽的 其實說 好像在練健身舉重器材或跑步一樣爽 反正 真的有運動到 起碼 我的雙手臂的肌肉是有操到那種運動痛快的感覺 是無以言詞形容的 健康多了 雖然全程又累又餓(快睡著了說) ...或許有一天我會告訴妳我最近這麼忙 都在忙些什麼 ...
